What a soccer uniform usually includes
The pieces a team normally orders together. Tell us which ones you need; a set does not have to include all of them.
- Jersey
- Short or long sleeves, with the crest on the chest, a sponsor across the front and the number on the back.
- Shorts
- Often numbered on one leg, in a color that matches or contrasts with the jersey.
- Socks
- Knee-length and worn over shin guards, in the team's colors.
- Goalkeeper jersey
- In colors that stand apart from both teams' field players and from the referees.
- Away uniform
- A second set in contrasting colors, for matches where two teams' colors clash.

Before you approve
Rules worth checking
Soccer is played under the IFAB Laws of the Game. Law 4 says the two teams wear colors that distinguish them from each other and from the match officials, and each goalkeeper wears colors that stand apart from everyone else on the field. Leagues and school associations add their own rules on numbers, sponsor logos and home and away colors, so read your competition's current rulebook before you approve a design.

Soccer uniform questions
- Do we need both a home and an away uniform?
- Many leagues ask for two sets so that teams never wear clashing colors, and some only ask the visiting team to change. An away uniform is often the home design with the main colors swapped. Check what your league requires before you order.
- Can every player have their own name and number?
- Yes. Send your roster as a list or a spreadsheet. The artwork proof you approve lists every player with their name, number and size.
- Can goalkeeper jerseys be part of the same order?
- Tell our team what your goalkeepers need when you get in touch. They wear different colors from the field players, so their jerseys are designed alongside the team's set.
