The workflow

How a custom order reaches production

Six stages. Each one is confirmed before the next begins, and the proof you approve is the reference used all the way to the quality check.

  1. DesignThe uniform is agreed with you: colors, artwork at named print positions, names, numbers and the roster.
  2. ReviewWe check the artwork for resolution, background, placement and anything that will not reproduce well on the garment.
  3. ApprovalYou receive a proof showing every view, every placement in millimeters and every player. Production waits for your written approval.
  4. ProductionCutting, printing and stitching against the approved proof and the confirmed size run.
  5. Quality checkEach piece is checked against the same approved proof, not against a sample from memory.
  6. ShippingPacked, documented and handed to the carrier. We send you the tracking details when the shipment is booked.

Decoration and placement

Placement is described the way a factory describes it: a named position on a specific garment, at a size in millimeters. That is what the proof records and what production follows.

Which decoration method suits a garment depends on the fabric, the artwork and the order. It is confirmed with your quote rather than promised in advance.

The approved proof is the contract with the factory floor. It records every placement in millimeters, every player’s name and number, and the size run — and the quality check measures against it.

What we do not claim

Things we will tell you rather than publish

  • We do not publish production times we cannot hold. Timing is confirmed with your quote.
  • Certifications, audits and capacity figures are not listed here until they are documented and current.
  • Color on a screen is approximate. Production color is matched against the approved proof.
