Process

How a private-label program runs

The point of a program is that the second order looks like the first. That only works if the specification is recorded rather than remembered.

  1. 01

    Specification

    We agree on the garment, fabric, fit, label and packaging, and record it.

  2. 02

    Sample

    A physical sample against that specification, before any bulk commitment.

  3. 03

    Approval

    You approve the sample and the artwork proof. That becomes the reference.

  4. 04

    Production

    Bulk runs against the approved specification, checked against the same proof.

  5. 05

    Repeat

    Later runs reuse the stored specification, so consistency does not depend on memory.

Sample costs, minimum quantities and payment terms are agreed per program. We quote them for your case rather than publishing numbers that would not apply to you.
